Eligibility:
This offer (the “Promotion”) is open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation and who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, excluding where prohibited by law. Employees of The UK Makery Ltd or Cricut, Inc. or Cricut UK Limited (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or
household members are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to
the Promotion.

Offer Period:
The Promotion begins on Friday 11th July 2025 at 5:00 AM BST and ends on Wednesday 31st December 2025 at 11:59 PM BST, or while free gift supplies last, whichever occurs first.

How to Claim & Class Details:
To participate, purchase a Cricut Smart Cutting Machine (“a Qualifying Product”) during the Offer Period and submit the above listed form, including your contact details confirming acceptance of the free gift and class. The form must be
submitted no later than 31 December 2025, regardless of the purchase date.
Each eligible participant will receive:
 One (1) free Cricut Basic Tool Set, provided by Cricut and shipped to the address provided on the form. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No replacements will be
issued.
 One (1) free Cricut online class, led by a Cricut Ambassador. The class must be held before 27 February 2026. It will last up to one (1) hour and will be conducted via Zoom.
Rescheduling is not permitted in the event of a no-show. Changes to confirmed bookings may only be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (Monday to Friday only). No alternative formats or time extensions will be offered.

 

Limitations:
Limit of one free gift and online class per Qualifying Product and per person.

Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Notification:
Participants will be notified via the contact details provided within five (5) business days after completing the form to book a session at a mutually agreed time. Once the booking is confirmed, a Zoom link will be provided. If a participant
cannot be contacted or fails to claim the gift within seven (7) days, the offer may be forfeited.

 

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise cannot be conducted as planned.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification.

Limitation of Liability:
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability, injury, loss or damage arising from participation or receipt of any gift or online class.

 

Disputes:
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. No claim for punitive or consequential damages may be made.
