Official Prize Draw Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Eligibility: Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Prize Draw is open to the legal residents of the United Kingdom except where prohibited by law. Employees of
Cricut their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of
Promoter, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable local laws. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway will take place during 3rd November 2025 at 9:00 AM GMT and ending 9th November 2025 at 9:00 PM GMT. All entries must be received during this period.

How to Enter:
OPTION 1: Visit the entry form at https://www.makerykate.com/christmasgiveaway. Complete the feedback form,
including opting into the giveaway on the final question, and provide your contact
details.
The winner will be randomly selected and contacted using the contact details provided.

Entry Limit: Participants are limited to one entry during the Giveaway period.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cricut.

Prizes: One winner will receive a luxury Christmas hamper from Marks and Spencer (“M&S”). No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted, except at Cricut’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses,
including taxes, travel or other subsistence will be the responsibility of the winner.

You are not guaranteed to win a prize, or to win the prize package of your choice and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Promoter. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Promoter’s discretion. Should Promoter substitute any prize package or an item within a prize package the substitute package or item will be of equal value. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer or assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by
winners is permitted. Acceptance of the prize does not automatically grant the Promoter the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising or publicity purposes. The Promoter may request the winner’s consent for such use, which will be entirely optional and will not affect the awarding of the prize.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Prize Draw will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Promoter. Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in the feedback form within five (5) days
following the winner selection. Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected
winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be
forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Prize Draw is conditioned upon compliance with any and all local laws and regulations. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is”, and entrants hereby acknowledge that Promoter has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, without limitation, to the prize’s quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a supplier that are sent along with the prize. Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prize. Other restrictions may apply. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT PROMOTER’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PRIZE DRAW AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Promoter, anyone acting on behalf of Promoter, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice,
review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Prize Draw, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Terms: Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non- authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. In such case, Promoter may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Promoter. Promoter
reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Prize Draw, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Prize Draw rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Promoter and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and
directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Prize Draw and/or his/her acceptance,
possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of
any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the
processing of entries.

Disputes: THIS PRIZE DRAW IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw  shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Participants agree that any such dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of any collective or class action. Under no circumstances will participants be entitled to claim, incidental, or consequential damages, and any liability will be limited to participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Prize Draw.

Winner List: To request the name of the winner, send an email to contracts- notices@cricut.com within 90 days after the end of the Giveaway.
